About Surbhi
Surbhi is the founder of Inspire People HR, providing HR and employment law support to small businesses and charities, alongside 1:1 leadership coaching for new and developing leaders and line managers.
She has over 20 years’ experience in HR, working across professional services, financial services, charities and other organisations. Prior to establishing Inspire People HR, Surbhi was Head of HR and Group HR Head for reputed organisations, where she worked closely with senior leaders and the Board across people strategy, organisational change, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and leadership development. She has also held senior HR roles supporting organisations through growth and change.
Surbhi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Employment Law. She is also an NLP Master Practitioner and is continuing to develop her coaching practice, combining her HR and leadership experience with coaching techniques to support leaders to build confidence, work through barriers and develop their people-management skills.
Alongside her consultancy work, Surbhi has experience as a charity trustee, bringing both an HR and governance perspective to her work with purpose-led organisations. She is particularly passionate about helping smaller organisations access experienced HR support and helping leaders create workplaces where people can perform at their best.
